I'm so glad I found Paul! After going through a few other attorneys and seeing no progress being made Paul quickly got me the results I was looking for and swung the case in my direction. He took the time to listen and actually understand my case and made sure I was comfortable and understood the process and everything he was doing. I have recommended him to several friends who have had the same experience. I just wish I had gone to him first!

Paul took my case on and accepted my retainer as a lawyer with Tully-Rinky. But he quit halfway through the case and I found out that he pocketed my retainer and Tully-Rinky didn't even know who I was! His reason why he quit my case is because he had lied to me to get my signature on a paper I would have never signed. I have yet to receive my retainer or at the very least a breakdown of how it was used. This guy is bad news and very shady. He hurt my case.

I found myself in a very difficult situation facing false allegations from my children's mother. Mr. Tortora immediately saw the truth of the situation and took swift action to resolve the situation for me. Highly recommend!
