I cannot recommend Rob & his team enough, they were so helpful and made the entire process so effortless! His team was very responsive to my initial contact about the ticket that I received and kept great communication throughout the entire process. I received the ticket several hours from where I live and they worked with me that I could settle everything conveniently from home and explained all paperwork and next steps in a way that was easy to understand. Valerie and Rob were both so kind and helpful through the process, can’t thank them enough!

Mr. Wells in my opinion is the best sentencing attorney you could find. He went above and beyond to help me. He teaches other attorney's his way of doing things and they are lucky that he does so. I can't begin to guess how many lives he has touched, from fellow attorneys to people being accused of criminal activities. I believe it's because of Mr. Wells that I am able to be home with my family right now instead of a federal penitentiary. I could go on and on but just take my word for it, you would be hard pressed to find a better attorney. You can't put a price on freedom as opposed to time away from your family and he will do everything possible within his power to preserve your freedom. Our family had (has?) a delicate situation that went on for close to two years prior to reaching it's denouement. Robert displayed a fundamental, and unwavering belief, that the law was designed to serve justice and not as a one size fits all punishment for ambitious up and comers to build their future political careers on. Through my family's entire travail of dancing through a repeat offense, Robert managed, with inspiration and some small amount of brilliance, to dig into the minutiae of the legal code and find precedent that caused the prosecution to be stymied at practically every turn from gross overreach. Robert, and his secretary even, undid the trepidation we had in getting a lawyer given my families previous brush with getting representation. Robert demonstrated a level of care, compassion, and attention to detail that has restored our faith in the legal profession.
