Our son, a Syracuse University student, got himself into a mess just off campus. It involved a criminal mischief charge. We were not only worried about the legal aspect but also what effect it could have on his status at the university. Scott not only went through everything from a legal aspect, but he also was great in the way he handled my 20 year old son. Explaining how choices we make in life will follow us wherever we go. I was so impressed with how he extended himself. In the end the charges were dropped and the University also dropped any investigation or sanctions. I hope I never need another attorney but if I do Scott would definitely be who I would call.

I was on probation for a crime and during the probation period, I committed the same crime again! Mr. Scott A. Brenneck was my lawyer. AWESOME lawyer!!! Started with prison time and ended with a minor misdemeanor. Felonies and ALL traffic tickets DROPPED!! You know you have a good lawyer when the judge tells you "you have a very competent lawyer Mr. Johnson". The judge said this after EVERY court hearing! Scott would joke with the DA and judge before getting down to business. Once things got serious, you could see Scott being very assertive to say the least! The "small talk" before the DA, judge and Scott got serious helped build a rapport with the DA and judge (that is my opinion). I would watch the judge's head nod in agreement with Scott and the DA backpedal when they got serious! At the second court hearing, the judge looked at the DA and said "this man is NOT going to jail". Scott had better and better news for me and my family every time we left court. He knew exactly when to "push" and exactly when to wait. Scott used to be an Assistant District Attorney. I think this experienc e is a good part of his amazing skills as a defense lawyer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SCOTT FOR ANYONE!!!!
