I would highly recommend Tom Anelli . I had one of the most complicated cases with many moveing parts , and thanks to Mr. Richard Berger I have my job and CDL back in 6 months . If you need someone to go above in beyond Rich and his Team are who you want in your corner . He will get things done , and is always available day and night . I cannot thank him enough. The entire team has been helpful but Anthony Sokolowski treated me like a human and not just a case and for that I will always be thankful. All of my questions and concerns were answered and addressed thoroughly. I made a terrible mistake and having never been in any actual trouble with law like this, I knew nothing about what to expect and how to deal with any of it. I will always and forever regret my decision to drive but having Anthony as a lawyer really helped me overcome my fears of facing my judgement. I reached out to Anelli & Xavier on recommendation of my friend. I was given a great deal! Additionally they handled a Cell Phone ticket at no additional cost. Although their fee usually is higher for traffic violations it was explained to me that the reason being is because their focus is handling clients charged with a DWI. It is worth the investment as their firm proves the quality of their DWI practice is premium and they deliver their service with professionalism. Additionally, they were able to clear up prior suspensions for a BARGAIN as they would normally charge higher fees than other attorneys & courts combined. The whole situation honestly was a God send. I don't know where I would have turned without them. They reduced my original fee as a courtesy, they handled an additional traffic ticket as a courtesy, they offered a payment plan for legal fees as a courtesy, and they pulled my drivers abstract as a courtesy (saved me the trip to the DMV). So, they give extreme detail, time and attention to not only me but each person that comes to them. They really do work hard for all of their clients!
