It's been a long 3 years fighting for my WC benefits but Grace did not disappoint. There were lots of ups & downs, but she always listened, adjusted to what I needed from her & gave it to me straight, whether I liked it or not. I also can't say enough about Valerie, the client advocate. She was ALWAYS there when I needed something, no matter how small, with a caring & sympathetic ear. Grace Salerno and her team are great. Grace will return any calls or emails in a timely matter and answer any questions you have promptly. If you need help getting paperwork or information she will guide you on how to get them with no hesitation. Through my progress she has been very saportive of me and listened to everything that I had to say. I definitely recommend Grace to anyone that neeeded help

MCV personnel are polite, courtesy, knowledge and efficient.
First used them in 2010 when applying for disability. They accomplished it on first try. Most recently used them on a worker's comp case. They got me a reversal from 2 denials to have a total knee replacement redone.
One of the best choices I have made was hiring MCV Law.

I called MCV law when I was permanently taken out of work due to many serious health issues. I was put in touch with Karen Menter Lowe. She was great, she listened to me,she advised me on what the first steps would be for applying for Social Security Disability. It was really helpful to know that there was a plan moving forward. She was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the application process and all the steps. I recently was approved to receive Social Security Disability.
