Love MCV law. They go above and beyond to make sure their clients are taking care of. If I have paperwork I need or stuff that I may not understand. MCV law and the whole team quickly addresses my issue. My worker’s compensation experience has been a great one, and they fight for what’s right. If you’re in need of a good team of lawyers this place is the spot. I was actually recommended by a family member who was a client, and I can honestly say I have no complaints.

This law firm is helpful and have always been available when you need to talk or even email. They contact you right back. They are for their clients. I would highly recommend this law office. I have spoken to many of people within the office all are so courteous and understanding! I fought for disability and lost because of my age. My disease is hereditary and there is no cure therefore it isn't going away. Medication should help but at this point is hit or miss. Lynn K. was an angel. She listened to my personal story as well as my family history. She stayed on top of all documents and would make contact with me if she was sending something to be filled out or signed. She told me exactly what needed to happen, I made it happen, and now I have won my case! Two and a half years later, but we won!! Case is ongoing, but they have my back... They're realistic about expectations and limitations up front, but will fight the good fight. Definitely staying in touch for legal matters.

I highly recommend MCV Law to anyone who is going through the Social Security disability process. Kimberly Slimbaugh is an amazing attorney that knows her profession well. For my case she did her research, was well prepared, on her toes, and very quick witted!!! I felt comfortable with her because she will tell you of any concerns with your case and prepare you for what could happen. After my hearing with an Administrative Law Judge, I knew she gave my case her all. She was successful with winning my case and for that I am sincerely grateful.

I filed for disability more than 2 years ago and it was an excruciating experience that boarded on the sublime and certainly the ridiculous. Everything went wrong with filing including my case being denied for paperwork being “ lost” on SS’s end but throughout the entire time the team that handled my case was diligent, supportive and generous with their time explaining to me what we were going to do next to get through the process. In the end I won my case and I never could have without their services. I would recommend them to everyone who is applying to SSD. You need their help.
