Shannon Doan and Amanda Himes were amazing! Amanda asked a ton of questions on our first phone call, she and Shannon reviewed every piece of information I gave them, and Shannon gave me a remarkably thorough explanation of the entire process. They checked in with me regularly and followed up with SSA routinely. I was so relieved to let them take this enormous stress off my plate and knew I was in good hands with them.
