My wife recieved an income execution back in February of this year. We hired Mr Pietrafesa to handle this matter and paid him $750 as a retainer for his services. He stated he reach out to the court in question and get back to us. At first he would respond and state that it was taking longer than expected because of staffing issues with the court and getting the file. Because the original case was so long ago. About 2 months ago now. We recieved another income execution regarding the same alleged debt. We quickly reached out to Mr Pietrafesa for an update. We left a message and email and figured he would be in touch shortly. As he always was before. After not hearing back we called and emailed again. It has now been 2 months of calling and emails and this man has not responded once. He ignores are phone calls and emails. He took our money as a retainer and cant even bother to respond about our case. If he doesnt want to work on the case. Simply say so and return the money. But if you take the money then do your due diligence and work on the case you were retained for. Its simple. Nothing was done regarding this and I find it ridiculous. FOr the past couple days I have been contemplating filing a grievence with the Attorney Grievence Committee just to get a response in some form or fashion. Dont hire this attorney. He takes your money happily and then stops or does no work and never responds. It pains me to say this because just a few short years ago. He worked on a similar case for me and everything went fine.

I called him in 2019 to get assistance with a car repossession on my credit report. He not only went above and beyond to help me stop these vultures that violated my rights. But made sure that they would pay! I have used him 3 times since then to turn my credit score around on people who have violated my civil rights! Best $3,500.00 I have ever spent.

We hired him because we were literally getting screwed over by a debt company said he could help we met him at a Denny's took some of our paperwork we never got back and now we just want our 500 back that he took and never gave back wrote one letter and that was it can't get ahold of him he won't answer the phone what kind of person does that this somebody that is already in fear of everything that is going on in their life and anxieties like on the very high list of everything and then he does this to us shame on him karma

Fifteen years ago a judgement was filed against me. I was never served or sent any kind of notification of a hearing or court date. A month after the judgement was filed I recieved a letter stating I had a judgement filed against me for a debt that was fraudulent. The next day I went to the court that it was filed with and was told there was nothing I could do to reverse the judgement. My wife and I spent 5 years going back and forth with the collections agencies it was assigned to, none could ever give any information of the debts origins, who the debt was with, or how it came to go directly to a judgement with no notifications made to me. My wife was able to get this debt taken off my credit with all the agencies, so I thought that it was solved. Last year we when to sell our house, and found a lein on our title for the mysterious debt. We were at a loss on how to fix this. No lawyer seemed to deal with this type of debt, everyone wanted me to file bankruptcy. I was give Tony's number from an attorney in New York City. Once Tony had the case he resolved it within a month. His fees were very reasonable and was very happy with everything he has done for my family.

I've used Anthony Pietrafesa twice. Once in 2008 and again these past 3 months -- most recently for a judgement for a debt that I supposedly owed a junk debt buyer that dated back over 5 years ago in New York. It just popped up out of no where with no record of it being on my credit report. I live in the D.C. Metro area now and I new that there was no way that I was going to be able to fight this, so I e mailed Anthony and he was able to vacate the judgement quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this lawyer. He kept me up to date on everything and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. Most importantly, his fee is reasonable. You really can't ask for anything better.

I hired Anthony in July of 2014 to handle a mortgage case for me. I went to his home right away to give him the $500.00 retainer. He wrote 1 brief letter on July 22 to the mortgage company. Told me on several occasions that he was calling the company repeatedly and getting no response. The company contacted me in August to say they had left several messages for Anthony and had no response. I texted him and called and sent emails and he has disappeared with my $500.00. I was so impressed with his expertise in the beginning and the fact that he emailed or called me right back. Once I gave him the money, it was a different story. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau.

Though I hope I never need to, I would look to him in the future with any similar concerns.

Mr Pietrafasa worked for me on a credit card notice of claim case.After the first conversation and sending Mr Pietrafesa my paperwork he had a response to the collection company and faxed to me within 48hrs!.Mr Pietrafesa was understanding,returned all callsand charged a very fair rate.
