I received a referral for Melody Westfall from CLC. I called her on 10/26/23 and was told I would be called in a “couple of days”. A week later they still had not called. I called again on 11/2/23 and was told I would be called “shortly”. It is now 11/9/23 and still no one has called. Moving on to another firm.

Just got off the phone with someone named Jeanette? Janet? I called to inquire about suing my landlord and to see if that service was something provided and all she said was “No.” without further elaboration. I stated that I thought they did because it popped up on Google under tenant law and she said “we represent the landlords.” And as I was saying thank you she rudely hung up in my ear. I understand that the service I was looking for isn’t provided at your office but there was a better way to handle this. Please look into retraining your staff.

I feel my case was handled professionally. My questions where answered in a timely fashion. Overall great experience would recommend to anyone.
