Very helpful in consultations for starting a business. Highly recommend.

During a very stressful time in my life, Melody and her team at Westfall Law made me feel at ease. I was opening a new business, dealing with the loss of my mother and closing her business all within about a month. Melody helped me get things in order to get my new business up and running, Marian helped me secure my liquor license and Ethan helped me with my mother's estate. All three of them were courteous and professional and got back to me quickly. Although I'm hoping I don't have a need for a lawyer again for a while, if I do, I would definitely reach out to Westfall Law again!

I engaged Westfall Law in August 2019 to set up a revocable trust and will. I spoke with Ethan, who stated that he was not the "expert" on wills/trusts, and that he would send me a contract and have another attorney call me. I never received the contract or a phone call, so I followed up via email to remind him. Ethan reiterated on September 24th that he would send a contract, but I still didn't receive it. I followed up twice more, and didn't receive a response until October 24th. In that response, Ethan gave me a list of reasons why his response was delayed - he's busy, the contract got caught up in the secretary's outbox, etc. - but then also placed blame on me. Somehow it's partially my fault that he didn't send the contract he stated he would send several times. He also told me to "feel free to work with another firm." Pretty shocking. Not sure how this firm is in business if they treat prospective clients with neglect and condescension. Needless to say, I've gone with another firm. I'm just thankful I didn't pay a retainer before being left in the dark.
