I hired Ethan Peterson at Westfall Law to set up a PLLC for my private practice and to answer several questions about starting my business. I tried navigating the PLLC (which is much more challenging than just setting up an LLC) on my own at first and lost a lot of money and time in the process. Ethan navigated the bureaucracy that is my New York State professional organization with skill and he greatly accelerated the process. Westfall Law was my first experience working with a law firm regarding a legal matter, and from the start they were as professional and accommodating as one could hope for when life thrusts you into the extremely stressful situation of a court order. They made the process of becoming a client streamlined and welcoming. The ability to handle much of the paperwork and bill paying over the website allowed for the process to flow without delay and continue in a forward motion. The attorney's and staff were extremely helpful and never once hesitated to answer the phone or address concerns and questions regarding my case. Westfall Law exudes success and professionalism. Never returned phone call ..there loss

It was the worst attorney I ever had. They dragged it out from what the emails say. I will not agree to anything. Is what was said from one side to the other. More Money. More Money.
