We recently purchased a commercial property and cannot say enough good things about how Seth and his team handled the process, especially given the current circumstances. They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all our questions as we navigated through the purchase process. They were INCREDIBLE advocates for us and made sure every "I" was dotted and "T" was crossed. THEE BEST ATTORNEY!! Hill & Fischer helped me get a speeding ticket dismissed by negotiating with the DA for me to take a driving course. The process was seamless, and they were very professional, and friendly. I don't think I'll have a need to use them again, since I've learned to slow down...LOL. But I highly recommend them if you live in the upstate NY area.
