I hired Jim about a year-and-a-half ago after being dissatisfied with prior legal representation. I have been very pleased ever since. He has handled the matter with great competence. We’re battling my ex-wife on multiple fronts, particularly over my young daughter. While we’re not done yet, he just successfully defended me in a bogus petition she brought trying to make me pay the bulk of my child’s private-school tuition, which her parents actually pay for. He eviscerated her on cross-examination without the judge once admonishing him for roughing her up (while managing to bring out the fact that my daughter was dropped off at school late 80 times in a single school year!) Jim is a velvet hammer. You should hire him.

Excellent law firm, he saw our case through a very long and drawn out process and fought for what was right. Any other attorney probably would have encouraged taking an easier path to have it over in the interest of time and money but Jimmy and his staff stood us for us and encouraged us not to back down. I will be forever grateful.

jimmy is a very personable man. He has a great personality and is very experienced. He makes you feel like family. I've been with him for a lot of years and couldn't imagine putting my life in anyone elses hands. when it comes down to it, he is the most awesome lawyer out there.
