I had a bicycle accident and I was looking on Google law firms and I found Rizutto, from the first moment they made me feel welcome and they have a professional team that I know will help me, Sabrina, my lawyer is a professional woman, If u ever need a lawyer go there!

My mother suffered a head injury caused by a fall in the alzheimers unit of a nursing home. My mother succumbed to her injuries and passed away during her stay in a 2nd nursing home a month later. My sister contacted The Rizzuto Law Firm and requested a meeting with us. It was determined there was a case. My sister and I were not sure we wanted to pursue the lawsuit and did not follow through. All we really wanted were sincere apologies from the nursing homes for their negligence and incompetent care given not only to my mother but other patients as well, but the staff showed no concern nor empathy. The Rizzuto Law Firm followed up with us and explained that their investigation uncovered evidence of negligence and misconduct, and that often times the only way to attain accountability is through a lawsuit, so we agreed to pursue it. The Rizzuto Law Firm has been professional, diligent, and patient throughout the process. Bettina's genuine concern for us and her passion for attaining accountability for my mother helped me feel less alone. A settlement was reached with one of the parties in the lawsuit. This was unexpected given the aggressively combative attitude of the defendants' attorneys during the deposition. I attribute the settlement to Bettina's and Mr. Rizzuto's hard work and experience. They were right. It may not be in the form of an apology, but one nursing home at least admitted responsibility by agreeing to the settlement. This provides a sense of peace that has been missing for a while. Thank you, Bettina and Mr. Rizzuto.
