It was early on Christmas morning, when a family member, a married father of two young children, was hit head on by a drunk driver. We called Kristen Reed and she immediately jumped into action and responded without hesitation. She handled the case both professionally and in a most caring manner. Kristen worked diligently throughout the entire case until a settlement was reached. We were all extremely grateful for Kristen and her positive, supportive, attitude which held the family together during a most difficult time.
