I am very exited to share with you about Terry Katz. I was looking for an attorney to file for social security disability benefits for my son for more than 10 years. I worked with many of them and all of them left me nowhere. They barely gave it any time, and told me they couldn’t continue on the case. I did not know what to do. I’m using them for a WC case, and they've also been fighting to get me my Social Security Disability. MIGUEL JIMENEZ, handled the SSD part. Not only is he so kind and compassionate but he's a really hard worker that does his due diligence. Answers emails and calls immediately, even if they were excessive like mine. He's excellent at what he does. So good at it that the day before my hearing, it was canceled! Due to the hundreds of calls with me , the Dr’s and all of my medical records Miguel had put together. The judge said I’m 100% disabled. Thank you again Miguel and anyone that contributed, Miguel deserves a raise though! I've had quite a few hearings so I’ve dealt with a couple of their lawyers. They all know what they're doing. The biggest mistake you can make which I did myself is not have a lawyer, do not take WC or any insurance companies at their word. Anyone that gets injured and doesn't have a referral from someone they trust. You can trust this firm, through my recommendation! There are many times I have needed a lawyer in my life. Some experiences were good, some experiences were bad, but this one was great. I hope I never get hurt again, but if I ever do I’m going right to Justin Lieberman of Terry Katz & associates. The entire staff was great, but Justin really went out of his way to make a tough time in my life much easier. In addition Justin fought to get me a settlement I’m very happy with.
