I contacted Franco Law firm to help me register my business. I've been putting it off for so long because the whole process is a little confusing and I didn't want to mess it up doing it by myself. They asked me some information and in a few weeks I had my ein#, a few more and my registration was complete. I cannot tell you how relieved I am that I went this route. I've heard horror stories of people messing themselves up and it coming to bite them in the rear later, and others that got taken advantage of during this process. I am so grateful for Franco Law Firm!!! They took care of me. The process was so easy, I thought it would take so long, but it didn't.
