I opened a new LLC with this Firm back in Sept of 2021. They charge me one price to set up the LLC, Then they charged me an additional price to add a Registered Agent for my business. (Premier Corporate Services) They put the registered Agent's address down for my Business LLC Address. I contacted the registered agent today to see if they received any mail for my business. It turns out that they have no knowledge of who I am and they never heard of my business. They said they will contact the attorney to get to the bottom line of this. So This law firm charged me for the use of a register agent. They used the registered agent's address for my business and but they informed the registered agent! How corrupt is that and sneaky is that??? I will never work with this company again.

The initial consultation was great. Sabine was very thorough and took time to explain all my options. It took a bit longer than expected to schedule my signing. And unfortunately, there was some miscommunication with delayed email responses. But the team was very respectful of those issues and addressed them accordingly. Looking forward to my signing in a couple weeks.

I contacted Franco Law firm to help me register my business. I've been putting it off for so long because the whole process is a little confusing and I didn't want to mess it up doing it by myself. They asked me some information and in a few weeks I had my ein#, a few more and my registration was complete. I cannot tell you how relieved I am that I went this route.
