In February of 2022, I was referred to Attorney Justin Liberman @Terry Katz & Associates. Due to an injury, requiring emergency surgery under NYS Workers Compensation Law. As I was working my shift, for my employer of 7 yrs. I suffered a career ending injury. I reached out to Mr Liberman from the hospital as I was hospitalized for 7 days. I had Emergency Surgery on the 5th day. It was explained to me by my Surgeon, that WC is a long & complicated process! He wasn’t kidding. My employer’s insurance company (surprisingly) denied my WC claim. Thankfully, since I had retained TK & Associates, they were able to fight on my behalf. With there guidance & legal expertise, after 5 months in litigation, I won my case. Proving that I was injured at work. I received all my back pay & WC pro rated weekly payments. With full medical & prescription coverage. For the next 2 yrs all of my medical, prescription & pain management needs were covered. Just recently, after 2 yrs & 1 month. Thru Mr Liberman’s guidance & dedication, I was able to Settle my WC case! Without TK & Associates I would have never been able to accomplish this. In this whole process, the Social Security division of TK Associates was able too help me obtain SSD as well. Which I currently have received since the first yr that my case started. So I was receiving both SSD & WC benefits weekly. Since I’m medically disabled, I receive the maximum SSD payment, as if I was 67 yrs of age. If anyone is considering a WC or SSD Claim, I Personally Recommend Justin Liberman & Terry Katz & Associates! Do not go it on your own, the system is rigged against it. They are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and they made the whole process of dealing with my workers compensation injury so much easier.
