From the very beginning they have been very helpful and the level of customer service is impeccable. Being injured on the job in early 2019; was very stressful to say the least with my injury’s. I was unaware that to get the proper care covered through workers comp was a very difficult task on top of being injured my medical coverage was getting declined consistently. I had no choice but to find a local comp attorney to work with; Terry Katz came to me in a high regard. Immediately, They started the process getting me all the care and procedures covered I needed. They were 100% successful in every single request For care I needed. This was impossible without them. Fast forward, I feel better because of them, my injury’s are permanent but without them I couldn’t have made a fraction of the progress as all treatment was getting declined. The outcome settlement wasn’t expected but was outstanding results. I have an ongoing compensation case since 2019. I’m very frustrated because when I call my paralegal, all I get is her voicemail. She doesn’t call me back for daysssss. I’m completely in the dark regarding my case. I’ll leave 2, 3 or even 4 voice messages for her. She’s never available and will eventually get back to me daysssssss later…Not the professional 24 to 48 hours. It’s daysssss later. Then nothing again. I’m awaiting a settlement from a horrible car accident that left my body in a painful mess. Each day my pains gets worse and worse. The girl that hit me ruined my life. I’ve spoken to my paralegal about my feelings, etc. Yet, I’m still left in the dark. Since there’s only ONE number (that I have) to reach Terry Katz and Associates, I will then have no other choice but to reach out to the adjuster handling my case. When I do get to, MAYBE speak with her, I’m given a completely different story then I was given by my paralegal. As I write this review, the adjuster’s office claims they are awaiting a call from Katz’ office so they can arrange for my settlement. So far, Terry Katz’ office has yet to call ME, or the adjuster back. Hence, I’m left in an extremely frustrating darkness that’s destroying me. Not only must I endure a lifetime of pain. I must also be left in the dark, as well as, left to feel forgotten and unimportant. Im suffering with so much pain in so many different ways. Someone PLEASE call me back and let me know what’s going on with my case? Im due to receive a settlement. Please help me out? It’s been going on this way since 2019…It’s torture!!!…

I personally want to Thank the staff for their professionalism and compassion through the process of being injured at work. No matter how many questions I had, Justin Leiberman and the staff always made me feel confident with every question I had. They always got back to me quickly and professionally, which reduced my stress throughout this process.
