Nick is a caring, extremely competent attorney. He is down to earth and clearly explains what is going on. His staff is great as well.

Horrible lawyer and only care about clout and the money. Nicholas Rakesh Ramcharitar is a shark, and not in a good way, lying his way to be retained as a lawyer, claiming to be pro bono but than requested money for his services. He just wants high profile cases to put on this social media. I don't know how he has all these "good" reviews from but claiming a "98%" success rate is a bogus claim. Do not retain him as all he wants to do is take your money.

I highly do not recommend this firm. He is very overwhelmed and does not care about his clients, He talks a good game and only care about the money. Horrible experience with this firm.
