My home was about to be foreclosed on, after trying numerous times to do a short sale in the past only to have the bank constantly take so long processing the paperwork, that the paperwork would have to be redone, which would result in me losing my buyer. This happened to me 2 previous times within a years time. So as you can imagine, I was very frustrated. Once I brought in Follender to help me with the process, he kept in constant communication with the bank to make sure all paperwork was being processed by them as needed, the process moved along finally, and the short sale went through thanks to his tenacity. Without him, my home would have been foreclosed. I couldn't recommend him enough!
