Danielle Montalto handled my divorce, which included complicated custody factors, as well as matters related to ACS hearings. I couldn't have been more pleased with her work and with her. She was knowledgeable, warm, compassionate, assertive, confident, and reliable. She was familiar with the relevant legal info, BUT also with the relevant non-legal factors (e.g., demeanor/pattern/tendencies of other attorneys involved, stress and emotions involved in the process) and always helped me feel prepared for the possible outcomes and what to expect each step of the way. Danielle Montalto is top of the line when it comes to finding a lawyer. I went through a bitter child custody case for three years and went through lawyers that I fired for being incompetent. All that change when I met Danielle. She KNOWS the law and works diligently to defend her client. She is passionate and keeps her clients abreast of what is happening. My case went to trial and she was by my side every step of the way. A lot of these lawyers don’t call back nor prep clients properly when it comes to going to trial.
