Anna Rovenskaya messed up our closing. I wish I read the other reviews about her incompetence before moving forward with this firm. She barely connected with us the entire time, didn't advocate or represent us in the manner she should have and it end up costing us thousands of dollars. She made various mistakes on our closing documents including the following; spelt my name wrong on every document, wrote the wrong amount on a check (the difference was thousands of dollars) and addressed a different check to the wrong name/address. It quiet frankly embarrassing being represented by her at our closing. She showed up late with multiple incorrect documents. At one point during our closing preparation she said and I quote 'I don't look at contracts' when I asked her to review something. Please save yourself the headache and most likely money and do not let her represent you.

We mostly dealt with Kristine Thomas, she was very professional, very patient and was always available to answer all of our questions. At closing she explained everything we had to sign and made sure all legal papers were accurate. We highly recommend Kristine Thomas and the Law Offices of Aaron Katsman.

I hired Mr Wellington for a franchise contract. At first the franchise told me they don’t change any of the terms it is what it is. I was in doubt of hiring an attorney until I spoke to Mr Wellington. Mr Wellington not only changed pages upon pages of the one sided contract to make it equal for both parties, he also made sure to get on a zoom call and share his screen to go over changes.
