I recently closed on what was essentially a bank foreclosure. Due to bank & Medicaid issues tied to the house, it was a long, frustrating process that took just under 10 months to complete. I contacted Krista Riggs with questions or concerns many, many times via email or phone, and she was always available to address them -most often even having already been on top of the issue, unbeknownst to me. When my lender finally gave the green light to close the deal, we had less than 24 hours to get it done because our final contract extension was set to expire the next day. Krista worked her magic and pulled all the documentation, details and parties together in order to make the close happen. Without Krista's exceptional competence, I would not have been able to close on my house. She is a true professional, and I am very grateful for that. :)

This Law Office of Aaron Katsman, PC was a God sent! Krista Riggs and her staff got us through the NACA process - I reached out to her at the beginning of the process (I was buyers agent) and we went through NACA for my clients funding. We had very little communication from NACA so Krista became my go to. She was professional, prompt, knowledgeable and I believe the ONLY reason this closed when it did.
