I was recently represented in a co-op purchase. I worked primarily with Anna Milholland, Sharon Markowitz, Anna Rovenskaya and Nancy Villanueva.Anna Milholland found me and won me over with her charming personality and professionalism. From the outset, Sharon Markowitz showed that I could count on her to be responsive as she was always reachable by phone or email to answer questions, provide explanations, address any concerns and give assurance. Nancy was great and efficient in her administrative role. Anna Rovenskaya was my attorney and I was very impressed by her legal expertise, efficiency, and her composure throughout the process. She handled my closing like a boss!! She was prepared, sharp, confident, brilliant, cool-headed and clearly so experienced as if she could do it in her sleep. I admire strong, capable, bright, intelligent, fierce women and I am happy that I was represented by such a team of women with all those qualities.

Anna Rovenskaya messed up our closing. I wish I read the other reviews about her incompetence before moving forward with this firm. She barely connected with us the entire time, didn't advocate or represent us in the manner she should have and it end up costing us thousands of dollars. She made various mistakes on our closing documents including the following; spelt my name wrong on every document, wrote the wrong amount on a check (the difference was thousands of dollars) and addressed a different check to the wrong name/address. It quiet frankly embarrassing being represented by her at our closing. She showed up late with multiple incorrect documents. At one point during our closing preparation she said and I quote 'I don't look at contracts' when I asked her to review something. Please save yourself the headache and most likely money and do not let her represent you.

We mostly dealt with Kristine Thomas, she was very professional, very patient and was always available to answer all of our questions. At closing she explained everything we had to sign and made sure all legal papers were accurate. We highly recommend Kristine Thomas and the Law Offices of Aaron Katsman.
