Stay away from this office. The lady who kept answering the phone is very very very very rude. Mr. Brown if you see this you better fire that lady because she will cost you your job and drive so many customers away. Also train her on sensitivity if you intend to keep her. My partner called and he has a language barrier. Usually I tend to translate but when he called I was not available, I came back to this lady yelling at him on the phone. Today he called but I was studying and could not pay attention to translate this lady started yelling again and then told him to hang up. She is very stupid. Hire good professional and empathetic receptionists.

I reached out to Chris Brown Law after getting a speeding ticket on my way down to visit my partner (I am from Syracuse). I sent an inquiry late in the evening and had a reply the next morning and was able to get the ball rolling right then and there. I got updates and quick replies to questions that I had and ultimately was able to get my ticket dropped thanks to the team at Chris Brown Law. It was so worth the money to work with them along with the peace of mind of having professionals helping me. I would recommend them over and over again! Hopefully I wont ever need these services again, but if I do (knock on wood), they will be the first (and only) team I call! If you’re on the fence, don’t be!
