Cynthia Manchester is a consummate professional who handled a crash where my Mom was injured. She was hit by someone driving a SUV at 40 MPH in a 15 MPH school zone. To put things in perspective my Mom was 72 when this kid was born! Thankfully there was a high def video from a business close by, so the proof of fault was clear. To use a quote from an ambulance chasing law firm out of Syracuse she got the "maximum award", though she'd gladly go back and do it all again without the misery and pain and settlement. What is crazy is that the guy that hit her worked for a company that was coming to pick up an old refrigerator from her house. Yep, it was the same kid! True to my Mom's classy nature she thought he was just the nicest guy. He probably is, but just young and foolish. Crazy story.
