He is personable, knowledgeable, and real from start to finish. Very fair rates. Highly recommend. Ms. Rosenwasser represented me as a first time home buyer and I highly recommend her as well. She stood up for me during very lengthy and frustrating negotiation and underwriting experiences. Even after closing she continuously checks in. Her legal assistant Theresa is amazing as well. Mr. Schuster is helping me navigate the difficult and slow NY non-profit set up process. Quick, knowledgeable, and real responses with directions on DIY tasks to save me money. Highly recommend.

In 2020 I hired Martin Butcher of Jacobowitz and Gubits for a pretty big issue with my divorce settlement . He along with his awesome paralegal Wendy Chamberlain walked me through the process. I finally got what I deserved and got exactly what I was asking for in my case . This firm.provided me with respect and closure during a very difficult divorce that the other firms were not able to do. I regret not hiring them in 2014 when I initially filed for divorce.
