Worst place I could’ve ever went to help me with my child custody and divorce. When you get an attorney you want them to fight FOR YOU, in my case it was almost as if my attorney was scared to fight for me. I lost my custody battle to my unemployed no good ex husband, all because my attorney said he didnt think it was a good idea for us to go to trial because im in the military! And the night before court had the nerve to say “its not looking good, id plan on just settling” What kind of excuse to not fight for a case is that!? Im paying an arm and a leg for someone who barely handled my case. Ridiculous. Thats not even half of it, his paralegal has the WORSE attitude, do not recommend for someone whos trying to win a case.

Mr. Dunn doesn't even deserve 1 star. is's all about the money. Theres no guidness whats so ever. You always got to email or call to find out whats going on and then get a huge bill , just reading your email or call. Whatever you do, don't go to them! You expect to be guided or Counciled and you won't hear a thing! Then when you call, you have to ask specific questions and then get treated like your bothering them! Whatever you do, do it yourself if you can! Because it will cost $6500 or more just for a divorce!

Useless, never answer their phones and didnt even bother showing up for the court date! Way to ruin peoples lives!!

She has been absolutely stellar for my husband to work with when dealing with custody issues with his ex and when he went thru Jane for his uncontested divorce. Her retianer and hourly fees were very manageable in our opinion, and we were kept in the loop by her when we called or emailed and she answered our questions thoroughly when we had meetings with her between hearings. We do our part and keep he rinformed of sisues and we document issues as thoroughly as we can for her to use in our case, attorneys can only do so much work on their own... And us doing as much as we can, and not placing the burden on her- helps keep our charges low. 😉

These guys are awful not thorough and miss minor details poor communication i didnt feel like they geniuinely cared about my case i was just another client to them, I urge you do not go to them, they charged me $30 for an email once. Mr. Dunn does not fight hard at all for your case, he's terrible.

If I could give this women a negative 5 I would. Does not get back to you, does not inform clients on what happens after court, does not help clients at all. Save your money for a really good lawyer!!! Do not go to this lawyer at all. Terrible, the worst of the worst. You should help clients, we are paying you to help us not the other way around!!!!! Very unprofessional!!!!

I contacted Andrew Capone through my Hyatt Legal Plan through work for some moving violations I received in an upstate county. He quickly got my case adjourned, and then got my charges reduced to zero point parking tickets, which will save me countless dollars from insurance, and no points on my license! Capone Law Firm is top notch! I will certainly use Capone Law Firm again should I ever have any needs in the region again!
