We hired Brotherton law firm for a legal proceeding in family court. His staff was on top of the required paperwork and he made sure court dates and times fit our schedule. Prices were very fair and nothing was “dragged on “like in many law practices. I felt by the way he interacted w the courts that he had a good relationship with the judges and they valued his arguments. Would strongly recommend.

Justin Brotherton was working with my ex instead of with me. He’s a horrible lawyer in family court. He kept telling me what I wanted wouldn’t work because “he knows the judge”. So I went back to my public defender and I got everything I wanted. No only does he charge TOO much but he’s always with the dads. He believes that the dads should get everything. I’m a mom and the father wanted nothing to do with his child never saw him nothing and yet Brotherton still sided with him. He was always in his phone during the hearings and didn’t care what was being said.
