After years of horrific experiences in family court, losing my children to alienation, just so the multi millionaire ex could collect from me, facing the ex’s unethical lawyer and having met my share of unethical lawyers, I started representing my self for years. Until, I was granted time to appeal the unjust family order. I knew I could not do this alone. By the grace of G-d, I found John Virdone and the wonderful people at his office. Very caring, knowledgeable and smart. Reasonably priced, I highly recommend this office for anyone who needs an appeal or any other family court issues and I thank them for everything.

July 1, 2023 To Whom It May Concern, My experience with John Virdone was a very positive one. I was recommended to him by my late family attorney as an expert in Medicaid. We started the process in 2022. After my husband, who was ill, and I discussed it, we opted for institutional care. John directed me every step of the way. There were many documents I had to get, then review with him. It was a long and laborious process. John submitted Medicaid forms then reviewed with me the questions Social Services asked. John worked many of the details and was the liaison between myself and the nursing home. During this period, our daughter passed away. We were devastated. John and his staff were sensitive to our grief. They tried to make things as easy as possible for us. John was always available. He returned all phone calls and answered all e-mails. I needed repeated explanations of the process. John gladly explained things to me many times, always with much patience. Recently, my husband was approved for Medicaid. I highly recommend John Virdone; he is honest, honorable, strategic, and intelligent. John represented me in a tumultuous, ten year complex divorce case. John Virdone helped me win my appeal and he brought a post divorce motion for equitable distribution. Since he was my fifth divorce attorney, I can confidently tell you that John Virdone is the best divorce attorney in Nassau County, Long Island. If John Virdone had been my first divorce attorney, I know he would have been my only divorce attorney! Whereas the previous divorce attorneys dragged my case out for years filing motions to no end, John Virdone advised me to save my money and settle my case. John Virdone was a long awaited answer to my prayers. My daughter‘s father, who earns significantly more than I do, was fighting to give me as little as possible during a child support matter. He and his attorney made every step as difficult as possible, refusing to submit financial documents and refused to answer and produce subpoenaed documents. Can't thank John Virdone enough for all his hard work and professionalism, while representing my daughter in a child support matter.
