Divorces are always difficult , even if both parties agree. Unfortunately for me ,we didn't agree. Luckily Eugene Dougherty knew exactly what we needed to do to work with not only my ex husband but also his attroney . Mr Dougherty was knowledgeable and helpful . My case was completed efficiently and to my satisfaction

We hired Weiss and Weiss to help settle a property my wife had inherited with her brother in New York. We live in Wisconsin and needed someone to handle the potential partition action and then eventual sale of the property. The job was eventually completed, but it was a longer than normal process and the communication wasn't always the best.
