It has been a pleasure working with Mr. Dougherty for the past few months. He was very thorough in explaining the process, documents and timelines. He was organized in getting all the necessary documents upfront and kept me informed in a timely manner of any updates. I had a good sense that Mr. Dougherty cares about his clients and helps to find good resolutions that fits the needs of his clients.

Divorces are always difficult , even if both parties agree. Unfortunately for me ,we didn't agree. We hired Weiss and Weiss to help settle a property my wife had inherited with her brother in New York. We live in Wisconsin and needed someone to handle the potential partition action and then eventual sale of the property. The job was eventually completed, but it was a longer than normal process and the communication wasn't always the best.
