I like Eric & Carolyn, they are lawyers with good heart, compassionate and very professional with dignity. Their service fee is very reasonable. They are very expert in handling partition case that solved the feud between me and my sibling joint ownership of our house. I will highly recommend both of them.

UDATE_ ten days past closing and I dont have ANY proceeds and haven't heard from the attorney in three days- its $975,000 Original review: Caroline charges $1500 for a closing, its expensive. $800-1200 is typical, but I'm dealing with a Trust so I need an informed lawyer- turns out she's just expensive but has no idea what she's doing. She hasn't returned any of my e-mails or calls for more than 2 weeks when we are 3 weeks past expected closing date. She's incompetent, condescending, and when I sent trust documentation and explained why the will is irrelevant, she didn't answer me at all- instead she went behind my back to talk smack 3 weeks later to the realtors, - ME, the seller (HER CLIENT, who gave her a free estate planning lesson and asked for a response three weeks ago that hasn't come despite 5 follow up contacts ) is holding up the deal- WHAT! ** I closed on 7/30/20 and its Friday 8/7 and I don't have ANY payment OR CALL - They had time to respond here, but not call me or handle their legal responsibilities - there is $975,000 proceeds in the ether on 84 Dellwood Road for 12 days - and they have time to check their reviews but refuse to call me. Yes, I think they have just defined themselves clearly

Eugene and Kathy (paralegal) worked tirelessly and efficiently against my wrongful dismissal from the educational institution I was attending at the time. I was impressed with how well they listened to my case and their direct and candid assessment of how to approach my appeal. I also appreciated the support they provided me. I was confident that they were working hard for me and making sure no stone was left unturned to provide me justice. Needless to say, I won my appeal. I was unlucky twice, first with my buyer and then with Carolyn Weiss as my litigator. Lack of focus, poor communication, many contradictions in her directions are some examples of my bad experience with her office. She is very quick to charge and slow to react.

RUDE, RUTHLESS, FRAUD and UNPROFESSIONAL attorney. I have hired Carolyn Weiss to represent as a sellers attorney. The closing took 5 months due to the inefficiencies or lack of understanding of the closing process of the attorney. I have hired Carolyn for a flat-rate but I have end paying more. She also charges an additional $300 above the flat fees! Big Fraud!. She made a calculation error on the closing statement and hesitant to provide the explanation after multiple emails. When I pointed out the error with the Excel spreadsheet calculation.  She asked to pay an additional $300 per hour to fix the double accounting calculation error she made. I believe she has made the error with an intention of fraud :(
