Mr Schwartz handled my loan modification will professionism and great knowledge.. my case was very complicated and Michael made me feel protected against the powerful banks which can seem overwhelming. He represented me all the way and succeeded in getting me a loan mod which had never been given out by my bank! I recommend Michael to help you in a situation that can seem very tough.

If you ever felt scared or embarrassed to file for bankruptcy protection as I have, please use Michael. From the first phone call to my discharge letter, Michael and his staff has put my mind at ease and not made me feel like a failure or like some of the letters I have received from debtors, a criminal. There are situations that arise in ones life that we cannot control for whatever the reason is. Michael understands that and will not judge you as others have. Filing for bankruptcy is never easy I suppose, but Mr. Schwartz's expertise and calm demeanor made the process as stress free as possible. His office and 'para' were knowledgeable and efficient with all communications answered in a timely manner, (which is important!). His "batting average" for favorable outcomes is super high and in Westchester County NY "he is the man".
