First call, Mr Young was nice and asked me to send all documents after he told me that I had a case, when I sent the documents and covid 19 arrived, 3 months of leaving emails and unreturned messages to secretaries. Finally, bumped into him by phone, he told me: " believe it or not, I was busy working, your case is too long and not enough $$". What about me your honor??!! Your majesty??? Busy working and still making time to be professional. Incredible, how rude.

A group of very honest and straight forward people, they will not guide you in the wrong direction for their own benefit. Out of many offices I have retained or consulted with they were the most reliable and trustworthy.

I first met Jim and Lexi several years ago in a litigation matter I was handling for a client that was a third party in a matrimonial dispute involving one of Jim and Lexi's clients. I found them both to be extremely professional, amicable, competent, tough, and yet reasonable in addressing the issues in the case and dealing with opposing counsel. They were both extremely well-versed in current New York matrimonial law and very familiar with the judges, referees, attorneys, and courts in Westchester County. When my marriage unfortunately failed a couple of years later, I reached out to Lexi informally for guidance in seeking a mediator and how to prepare for a mediation. Lexi happily provided both. When my mediation proved unsuccessful, I retained Nolletti Law Group to assist me in finalizing my divorce. Although my divorce was relatively amicable and fairly straightforward, Lexi was invaluable in helping me get from Point A to Point B, guiding me through the stressful process of finalizing my divorce, and resolving our final thorny issues, all while keeping an eye on my fees and not running up bills unnecessarily (unlike many divorce attorneys I have heard about from my divorced friends). Now that my divorce is completed, I'm very grateful to Jim and Lexi for helping me through this difficult experience. I'm very pleased with the work they did and the results they achieved for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone, particularly anyone seeking a divorce in Westchester County.

Getting a divorce was tough. But having Jim Nolletti and his team represent me was the easiest decision I ever made. Their knowledge, ethics and tenacity were invaluable. They know in detail how the legal system works, but also understand how personal each case is. Everyone, from legal assistants to receptionists to lawyers, listened to my needs and priorities. Then with their legal savvy, Jim and his team presented a concise course of action. What could have been a brutal process was alleviated by Jim's sharp, strategic insight. In the end, they settled my case, but had we gone to court? There is NO ONE else I would want fighting for my child and me.
