On 10/18/17 She laught in my face and told me I would never get my kid's back. She also said that she was not write up another petition at my request to get my kid's back and told me to give up after 9 year's of fighting in Westchester court and yelled at me in front of clients in the waiting area and in the hall way telling the children's attorney she was done speak with me and to stop fighting for my Kid's because judge Rice will never approve it. I cryed and walk out the court room I was so hurt at the way she treated me. And devalued me as a person and a human being i would not tell ppl to go to her or have any judge for that matter appoint you to her she doesn't value what she represents.

Christopher Aventuro represented me in a case involving a meritless claim to half my mother's estate, in which the strategy of the opposing side was to use every imaginable tactic to force a settlement by protracting the proceedings to the point where it would become too costly for me to see the case through to its conclusion. Under these circumstances, coupled with my grief over my mother's death, Mr. Aventuro did a superlative job in every way that could have mattered. His command of the governing statutes and knowledge of how Surrogate's court generally applied these proved to be encompassing and unerring. Along with this, his familiarity with the opposing attorney, and his skills as a tactician enabled him to anticipate the delaying tacticts and obstacles that could be posed and to minimize their impact. He was extraordinarily good about keeping me informed of developments in the case, and consulting with me before finalizing any decisions, while making sure I understood the likely or possible consequences of available choices. He was also extremely sensitive to my grief at the time, and to my financial circumstances, to say nothing about returning calls and replying to emails within a workday or less. During our initial phone conversation, before I had retained him, he was terrific about giving me a general idea of what the case would involve, and what my costs would likely be under best and worst scenarios. Last but not least, his handling of the case resulted in it being concluded before legal costs became untenable, with what he said was the most favorable settlement he had ever heard of for such a case.

I want to take the time to thank Mr Bottari for being there with me on a bad time even though I requested another lawyer I can deeply say that I regret it with a passion because I doubted him and that was my biggest mistake to even change my attorney he gave me hope and when he was changed all of that went down hill I want to apologize for that Mr. Bottari I would recommend you to any one. I was stupid for listening to in jail house lawyers who didn't know nothing and I ended up with a carp attorney. I want you to know that I have never forgotten you as my attorney and that I pray that you and your family find yourself at best. I should of have never requested another attorney I am truly sorry about that.
