Joe was an exceptional lawyer for us in purchasing our first home. Prompt, accurate, and honest. Knows the real estate laws inside and out. Available anytime to answer questions. We had a particularly complicated situation as the first house on which we had a contract fell through due to a misunderstanding (misinformation from the sellers?) about the property.
