Our experience with Karl Dowden Law has been nothing short of extraordinary. From an initial consultation phone call to discuss services/pricing to the final closing table for our real estate transaction, Karl has served as a reliable, quickly responsive, and incredibly informative asset that enabled us to confidently purchase our first home. Joe was an exceptional lawyer for us in purchasing our first home. Prompt, accurate, and honest. Knows the real estate laws inside and out. Available anytime to answer questions. We had a particularly complicated situation as the first house on which we had a contract fell through due to a misunderstanding (misinformation from the sellers?) about the property.
