I was working with James Monteleon on a matter unrelated to my parents. Simultaneously, my father was very sick and near his end so we had to start some estate planning work. It was a stressful time for sure. He guided us on both matters and implemented the first round of estate papers. In the end, we resolved our case and after my father passed away he recommended that I speak to Alyssa. I first met for a consultation where she provided a lot of information. She then met with my mother and took her time, answered all her questions and put my mother at ease. Alyssa, helped my mother/us revamp the trust estate plan and will documents. Shortly after, all the documents were legally restated. Both my mother and I felt relieved once everything was official and signed.
