I found Mr. Gruner on Google about 1 month ago. He answered the phone on the first attempt and was very knowledgeable. Some attorneys would charge by the hour for the amount of information he provided to me in 10 minutes. He took his time with me, which reassured me that he was the right choice. In spite of his busy schedule, he was able to handle the needs of my estate in record time. I would highly recommend him without hesitation. Thank you again.

I've known Karl since law school back in 2012. He has always been a commensurate professional and very knowledgable. I always appreciate the fact that if I had questions or an idea to run by him he's made himself accessible. Since that time many years ago, he has been my go to for real estate matters particularly for closings. Not only have I used him personally in the past, but when I have clients in my own law practice looking to sell or purchase homes - I refer them to Karl!
