i was treated with respect and with kindness. I was in a tense and upseting situation and I was i almost instantly calmed down. Rich and Kenny took the time out to explain to me what needed to be done and what they were going to do and what I needed to do. i was nervous when I was on my way to meet them and as soon as I walked in i was greeted by Carole who calmed me down before I went in for the consultation. every conversation that I have had over the phone with Carole and the rest of the staff since then has given me more and more confidence in the outcome of my situation. I am grateful that I decided to retain Portale and Randazzo i would be lost without them. i highly recommend them to anyone who is in a situation where they feel like there is no way out.
