Gary took my case and I am so so happy with the result! Not only did I win I received a judgment well beyond what I could have hoped for. Gary took so much time to listen to me, and really tease out the aspects of my life before the accident that were adversely changed. He used that to really understand my situation and argue and fight for me.
He is compassionate through and through, he cares and it shows both in the process and the result.

Gary Bashian's expertise on eldercare issues and estate planning is incredible. James Hyer has provided excellent professional service in handling real estate matters; he even recommended great brokers at Westchester Choice who have been very successful in finding me wonderful tenants. Lucy Ruvo and the other legal assistants provide great customer service, and ensure long-winded messages or questions are properly relayed to the attorneys. Overall, this legal team takes care of business, so you can sleep well at night!

When I first came into Gary gash office I was shocked by how beautiful the office was and how kind the staff was with me. When I started my case I was lost but Gary guided me the whole way kept me updated and never lied to me. He always gives an honest answer. He also made me get every dollar I deserved out of my case when I thought I wasn’t getting much.. Now he’s not only my lawyer but my friend.
