In finding a lawyer, there is a certain amount of anxiety and nervous into choosing the right one. I did my due diligence before narrowing my choices down. In my first conversation with Gerry and Elan, I was blown away with their demeanor and attitude towards myself and my situation. It was something I did not receive from any of the other firms I spoke to. I knew that this was the firm I wanted to be on my side and throughout the entire process of my case. Gerry and Elan were clear, concise, considerate, knowledgeable and thoughtful. There is a high value for me in being able to be comfortable with the people leading complex situations like this. I was very confident in the team and informed every step of the way. I highly recommended their services.

I had a tough employment case which I presented to Gerry and Elan. I am living on the west coast, with the issue having taken place under New York law. So it was complicated. They understood right away what was going on, helped me understand the process, my rights, helped me understand what to expect, etc. Still, the outcome was far better than I could have expected. I have met many lawyers, in fact, my sister is one. When they hang up the phone, half the time they are talking about how exhausting their clients are. I mention this because before Gerry - I've never EVER seen a lawyer who defends you in the office and behind the scenes. Perhaps I've just been around the wrong ones. But I was so touched by accidentally overhearing their vote of confidence in me, my case, and the absolute strength with which they fought for me, and the outcome which I feel brought me a sense of peace and justice. This is not a NORMAL law firm, which treats you as a number and discards you. Not only could I not have done without them, I believe no lawyer on this planet is matched, my own sister included (sorry, L). Gerry has integrity, strength of character, and drive. He even took my call at his own home after hours when our schedules did not align. Name one lawyer who would do that for a client! And all of this on what was a challenging case. Elan has excellent communication, intellect, and diligence. I was extremely nervous and Elan and Gerry both put my mind at ease. Thank you for your efforts, the bar has been set. The communication, the follow up, everything has been amazing. While I hope never to HAVE to work with you again under negative circumstances, I hope we do in some capacity, because it was a pleasure.
