I was a witness of a terrible experience my husband John had with ms. Hernandez I was a witness of the phone calls and conversations, her unprofessional demeanor. I witnessed her saying that if John was nicer to her she might have given him half of the money back since she didn’t do anything.After she took his money and didn’t want to provide legal services my husband and I appealed the court decision. We explained to the judge how unfortunate we were with ms. Hernandez and what exactly happened on the day speeding ticket was issued. All points were taken off Johns driver’s license and ticket was dismissed. We managed to succeed although we do not have any degree in law.

Had a terribly unforgettable and expensive experience with zero outcome. Ms. Hernandez was recommended to me by Union Chair (she is a daughter of an MTA bus operator) to help me resolve a speeding ticket. The agreement was I pay her $550 upfront for her services. On the date of hearing hernandez did not appear in court to represent me, and I was found guilty automatically with 4 points to my driver's license and a fine of $165. When confronted hernandez lied that she did not appear in court by saying that it was closed. She was unprofessionally rude, untruthful, and refused to appeal the charges or help me resolve this issue in any way. Strongly caution you about this individual as she disappears once she receives the payment.

I would recommend Jasmine Hernandez to anybody who is looking for a competent lawyer that produces the results you need. She worked with me on a child support case to help get the reduction in my child support payments that I needed after being unemployed during the pandemic.
