Most of the staff are extremely incompetent and unprofessional. The head of the organization caused me more problems than helped me. This place is where lawyers go who can't get jobs anywhere else. As a person with a disability,they were insensitive and they did not handle things in a timely manner. They handed me off to a new employee that did not know what they were doing. They caused me more stress and problems than was worth it. Go elsewhere if you can. My local senator helped me so much. This organization is useless.
