I am extremely pleased with the service provided by immigration lawyer Altin Nanaj regarding US citizenship application process for me and my wife. He is very knowledgeable on the subject and well experienced. Besides his fees are reasonable and agreed to accept payments by installments which was very helpful. He was willing to give us enough time during our visits to his office in white plains NY and he was able to answer all the questions we asked regarding our applications. Most important factor was his level of communications with his clients which were excellent. He replied all our text and email questions within 24 hours and many times within hours same day. When he was visiting courts to attend cases his secretary was able to handle our matters very professionally. I was extremely happy that he responded to our needs even during weekends and holidays. Since we were so worried about the delays of processing our cases by USCIS due to COVID situations and our green cards were about to expire, lawyer Nanaj was able to calm us down and explained us with facts that there is nothing to worry and correctly predicted the time that we will receive the letters for final interview at USCIS.
