Car Accident : Mr. Gash and Associates assisted in a car accident case for my daughter and myself. He was always thoughtful, efficient and effective. He made the process simple. I am so glad that my first lawsuit was handled by Gash and Associates. From the first day I met Gary Gash he and his staff never stopped being kind and considerate above all thorough. There was never a time I called to inquire about my case that I did not get a response. If there was one thing I can say about this company , they told me the truth regarding what to expect. In 2017, I needed an experienced estate/probate attorney to assist my family close my sister’s estate. Complicating our effort were two issues, 1) my sister died intestate, 2) she lived in Connecticut while I, the Administrator, live in the southeast. After reviewing several local law firms, I selected Bashian P.C., and Gary E. Bashian, to represent the family. What began as a reasonable straightforward project became complex as unforeseen legal claims were brought against the estate. Gary’s experience navigating these issues and willingness to review/discuss the legal implications with me in detail, allowed me to always make informed decisions that were in the best interest of everyone involved. Without Gary’s guidance, I do not believe the probate would have been completed as quickly and as successfully.

Looking back on the year I had, it might have been the toughest year of my life. I just wanted to acknowledge that God chose you, Richard Portale, to walk me through a very difficult year. Your calm demeanor and professionalism put me at ease when I was freaking out. You even got me to laugh a few times when everything around me seemed so heavy. Where do I start… Gary Gash and family as I refer to them Tom, Fatima & Co fought for my auto accident until WE were satisfied. I had a very tough case, soft tissue injuries and the opposing insurance company wanted me to give up and accept Pennies they said I was at fault (not). Gary with his attention to detail and years of experience and brilliance made sure my injuries were valued at 3x the policy limit!!! NEVER GIVE UP because Gary and his team will not. He’s tough and no nonsense and the results are worth it !!!!TRUST THE PROCESS. He’s in it to WIN IT in a world where the system is really out here trying to wear you out . They say everything in life happens for a reason richard and I met 16 years ago when he was on his way to see a client.. It wasn't til many years later that I then realized why.. he had worked with my family and I 5 seperate occasions helping my children out. My son once and my daughter on 4 seperate occasions at the point in time he had a high profiled case he was deeply involved in but he took the time to also help my child out of a tough situation resulting in zero time in every single time he worked for us. It was NEVER about the money for him he saw a child who needed help and when many shut the door on her and gave up he not once lost faith in her.. If it were all just a job for him he wouldn't have cared to go the extra mile for her and for what he did and what he asked for payment was nothing he knew we at that point could not afford it and he still chose to fight her cases each and every time with the same energy and fight he would fight his higher payed cases.. because of him he gave a young child a second chance at her life and future which she has since changed her life around and avoids anything that could risk her being put into another situation she doesn't want to be in any longer. I cannot begin to thank him enough for everything.. he treated her with the utmost respect very professional at all times and in fact off the record he had to sit and speak with her as a parent to a child for her to understand not just as a client and attorney. I would always recommend Richard to any and everyone if you are looking for superior work then he is your guy.
