Off the top of his head, he suggested numerous persuasive arguments at the heart of the case. His writing is nothing short of superb. His legal arguments are deceptively easy to understand. But he organizes them like tiny waves washing over a beach. Each builds on the last until you suddenly find yourself drenched in the understanding of the most complex topics.
